Not Sure What The Difference Is...
I’m not sure what the difference is between these rods and the 50 other similar options, but these seemed to have resolved my out-of-balance spin cycle issue. This was not my first attempt. Five months earlier I tried these others (2024 Upgraded DC97-05280W wa50r5400av/us Washer Suspension Rods by Beaquicy) and they started to fail almost immediately. Within two months they were shot. I thought it was my machine; the more I struggled with it, the more frustrated I got. I was at the end of my rope; ready to shell out serious $$$ on a new machine. My last-ditch effort was replacing the suspension rods, again, this time, spending a little more for something with a warranty. I replaced the crappy rods two months ago and I’ve had zero spin cycle issues since. Cross your fingers and knock on wood.Caution: wear gloves and go slow when performing this super easy 10-minute fix. The interior of your dryer has many razor-sharp edges & surfaces.

Save your money lasted 2 months
I bought these to “upgrade” my washers springs since it was having the unbalanced issue. Shaking the life out of the washer.Bought these since they were on prime 2 day shipping and not the “cheapest” priced one.Out of the box they seemed stiffer than the OEM one that was in the washer for two years.Install went with no issues, first load of laundry went through with no issues! Fast forward to a little over a month just out of date to be able to exchange the springs. The washer started to unbalance and shake and refilling again. The washer would only wash light loads whenever it wanted to.Working outside I ended up doing a lot of laundry so not having the washing working can be an issue….3 months later I bought some springs that are actually upgraded size of metal and springs.Figured I would updated some informationWA50R5200AW/US WA50R5400AV/US... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NJSKV2M?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareThat’s the link to the springs that I’ve bought.6 months later and the washer hasn’t had an unbalanced issue

Super easy install.
Took maybe 10 minutes to replace old ones. Works great so far.

Great product, great service
Easy to install in washer. Completely stopped ours from bouncing around and coming unbalanced. Customer service was great. Our dryer is a Samsung Smartcare Self Clean without agitator

It helped
My washer was waaaaaayyyyyy off balance. Had these inserted and there was improvement. I may just need a new machine.

Durability will be the real issue
Replacing the parts was genuinely easy, but I wouldn't want to do it by myself. More hands made it easy. I used a neck light that I could hang over the edge into the washer, and that was easy. The trickiest part was figuring out how the top of my washer was held on. (Screws in the front, not the clips seen in a bunch of videos.) The washer drum definitely is stiffer and less bouncy. I ran an empty rinse and spin, and that was very very stable. I'm following the plan of running simple, small loads, and building back up to normal loads. If it fails, I'll update.I'm so sad that the design of the washer is fundamentally flawed.

Tension of the stabilizer is not adequate to balance tub.
DO NOT PURCHASE! These stabilizers do NOT have enough tension to keep your tub balanced. Spend the money on genuine SAMSUNG parts. I put these in and it did NOT fix the balance problem. I had a tech put OEM parts in and there was a huge difference in the tension when pressing on the tub. Samsung washers are garbage imo but these aftermarket parts are even worse.
