This seems to work at keeping my appetite under more control. I don't get cravings for sweets as much as I did. My glucose is down, I check it twice a week. Hoping for a good result on my A1C next month when I see my Doctor.

I don't know whether or not it's a placebo effect, but after taking these for about 1 week, I noticed that my stress levels noticeably decreased, and when I take one per day, I remain more calm, and can handle tasks with ease that would have stressed me out previously.
