What size is right for 5'4" 105 lbs. wide shoulders, slim hips? Do they shrink?

Small should work it does not dhrink

For someone who's 5 foot, 120 pounds, would a size M be big enough?

That's exactly my height and weight haha. I ordered a size Medium because I like my pajamas to be comfortable and also, I struggle with chronic abdominal pains so need something that's not pushing on my stomach and I can shove a heating pad in it. The Medium was perfect except for when I washed it. It shrunk a little bit so for me, I would've sized up to a Large. I also have a bigger chest (34DDD) and the fit is great with the Medium but just didn't like the shrinkage in the wash. Otherwise these pajamas are so comfortable, they wash well and are incredibly soft.

How does the XXS feel on a 5ft 95 lbs woman? Will it be a loose/tight fit? Will it be too small/large?

The fabric is very cheap with no give whatsoever. It reminds me of the fabric they use on Halloween costumes. Size wise it is pretty normal. It fits me but every move I make makes the fabric pull strangely. It’s cute it nothing you would wear more than a few times.
