So disappointed the w didn’t light up from the beginning and after one hour the entire light stopped working and was never lit for the party! Sucks to spend that kind of $ and have a faulty product!

I’ve had it for a few months! I just recently opened it and it was broken and missing the transformer. I put tape on it and it’s fine but no one’s contacted me about the transformer even though it’s been like 2 months 💀
