It works just as good as a yeti. Used it at the river in 113 plus weather and it kept my beer as cold as when i first opened it. I even fell asleep and my beer was still cold 45 min later. It’s a lil heavy to hold which i think kept me from drinking too fast but i also didn’t know when i was empty. One downside but it’s with the yeti brand too is the metal gets hot. Idk if there’s a resolution to that.I’d buy more .. save your $$$$ and buy GUS it worked just as good as the yeti.

The price was ok and SO MUCH BETTER THAN THAT "OTHER" brand. The steel is supposed to be thicker but both guys feel the same in the hand.... Gus and Yeti must be twins separated at birth. Both are the best I've used and I've been using insulator things for my Pepsi addition for at least 50 years! (and all this is the truth)

Tested this koozie against a Yeti and a Gtell koozie for 2 1/2 hours on an Arizona 105+ degree day. All three kept a can of soda within a degree of each other pretty much throughout the test. The soda started at 43 degrees and went up to 70 degrees in the 2 1/2 hours on all of them. This Gus was the clear winner being significantly less expensive than the Yeti, but is still well made. The quality of the threads on the Gtell was drastically inferior to the GUS's, and the GUS, which as of this writing, was the least expensive of the three!

Functional in keeping your favorite 12 ounce canned beverage cold for a couple hours. Much less expensive than similar name brand competitors' products.Design seems a bit flawed though. It will hold some standard size & shaped 12 ounce bottle, but not oddly shaped bottles. Because of the twist on cap, this drink holder will also not work on 16 ounce cans.Overall a good value, but not a one size fits all solution.

I bought mine in 2018 and use it a lot! I tried to order another one, but it's not available. I hope it becomes available soon, so I can get another one.

I own the YETI can cooler for $24.99 here on Amazon. The GUS Can Cooler for $9.99 works just as well as the YETI can cooler. However, the Fridge Freezable Drink Cooler in a 2 Pack $18.49, works much better than the YETI or the GUS. And that is even when one puts the YETI and GUS in the freezer like one would do with the Fridge Freezable Drink Cooler. What I can honestly tell every shopper is that the Fridge Freezable Drink Cooler will allow one's can drink to be colder with the last sip than what it was with the first sip. I have tested all three of the can coolers mentioned several times and I can tell you that for the money and for keeping one's can contents colder and longer, the Fridge Freezable Drink Cooler is your very best bet.

A neighbor offered me one of the YE#* stainless coozies at a recent gathering. Really liked it and decided to buy some for myself. Found they cost around $25 and then came across the GUS version at less than half the price. Ordered just one to make sure I would like it., and turns out as far as I am concerned it is as good as the YE*& brand. A can fits perfectly inside and the outer wall does not sweat. You can put a standard bottle inside - it hold the upper part secure that the bottom of the bottle is a little "loose". These are great for the beach or the pool. Now that I know the quality of the GUS version I am going to buy more.

Great buy for my boyfriend! We live in Southern Arizona where temps are well over 100 degrees and it still keeps his beer ICE cold. We go camping a lot so that being said, the hot sun constantly on the cup and it still staying cold says A LOT. Only thing I would say is if you choose to put the cup in the freezer, I would unscrew the lid prior because it's hard to screw off, even after 10 minutes in the freezer.
