Glucosamine & Chondroitin complex – 180 High Strength Capsules – Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Rosehip, Vitamin C, Vitamins D & Vitamin K, Zinc, Manganese and Copper & Potassium for bones and joints

I have taken this product for 4 months and I am NOW feeling the benefit. I have arthritis in both my knees, I am in my 40’s so initially when it started in my early 40s I did not think oh this is arthritis. Over the years my knees have gotten worse and I was really quite disabled with pain. I could barely walk, I can’t stand for any length of time, it was awful and quite depressing. I read about glucosamine helping joints and thought I will give it a go. I was not expecting immediate results but after six to eight weeks I thought I might feel a difference. I didn’t. If I hadn’t already bought another bottle I may not have. However I had bought it so I thought I will just finish the bottle as there is no harm in it. I am pleased I did. For the last 2 to 3 weeks I have been walking with little pain. Going up and down stairs without clinging on to the hand rail. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. I don’t know if everyone will have the same results but I would say do persevere for a few months. I have reordered and I won’t be without them now. Update. I stopped taking them for a few weeks at Christmas (about 3) as I just got out the routine and I went back the way with my pain. I couldn’t believe how in just a couple of weeks my knees were stiffening and incredibly painful. Genuinely they are wonderful, I have been taking them regularly since the middle of January and I feel really much better again. In fact so good when my long awaited physio appointment finally came (in a couple of weeks ago ( 9 month wait). I felt a bit of a fraud in going.

This product has been recommended to me by a friend, as I had a knee pain for no apparent reason, I had vitamin D deficiency before, and I thought some multivitamins could help, I got this product for the first time few months ago and I was surprised that my knee pain has significantly decreased within just few days. I was not expecting this to be honest. Of course I woud recomment seeking medical advice first when it comes to knee pain, to make sure there are no injuries or something like that. However I was pleased that I can finally get back to working out and walking around with no problem. Thank you

I have been suffering recently from pain in my knees and my hip at night but since I started taking these tablets I can feel a difference. I don’t take them daily.

On subscription! Great supplement! Using for person 65+ to keep healthy bones. Few courses a year usually is enough.

Great item

Pills are rather large, and may well be effective, we just can't swallow them without gagging. They literally stick in your throat, it's something with the coating on them.

I highly recommend this complex supplement, it actually works. I always suffered from joint pain & stiffness, usually at night when turning or setting in a same position sometime (specially my tail bone & knees) as well as the lack of energy. This all stopped after I started taking the Glucosamine & Chondroitin complex. I believe it ticked all the boxes with the benefit of (all in one) vitamins that are included.. that I would’ve struggled to take them individually. I take 2 capsules after a meal, it’s easy to swallow & I feel more flexible & energetic. Also I recommended it to my mom & she’s really pleased.

I believe these are definitely helping with my aches and pains I’m beginning to walk a lot easier and further so I’ll definitely be buying more thank you.
