It’s good but the flavor is strong

I buy this on repeat now because I love it so much! I wanted something low sodium and no sugar and decided to try this over the L.IV brand which I always found very salty and sweet. It would take me ages to finish a drink but with Ultima Replenisher I find myself gulping it down. It's very smooth, less sweet in my opinion, and just overall a great flavor (I buy pink lemonade). I do get lazy when I put it into a leak proof cup and shake it up so at times I have found the odd clump but if I take the time to shake it up properly it's been fine. I can't say much about the hydration aspect but I tend to drink this when I haven't had enough water because I've been running errands or after a workout.

I was looking for an alternative to the liquid iv electrolyte packets as they are extremely expensive. I decided to order these to try and I was very impressed. I ordered the pink lemonade flavor and it adds enough flavor in my water but not too much to be over powering as some other flavored electrolyte mixes. It mixes in water very easily. Will definitely try other flavors next time.

I will forever be in love with the taste of this specific flavor! Helps keep me hydrated on long days at work. I wish there were more sticks included, but compared to other electrolyte products, this one takes the cake. I find it effectively hydrates me and also, it doesn’t clump up when I mix it with water! I’ll probably stick with this product because of those two reasons alone.

Helped with replenishing my electrolytes after surgery. The pouch size is good and was able to use half the amount in a 12oz size water bottle. Did not give me the jitters and felt more energy with more electrolytes. Had no stomach discomfort.
