Got used to using one of these when we lived in Europe! It is a great invention and so handy to have. Stores the cream for weeks in the canister without it going bad! Love it!

Doesn’t work.

Love these whipped cream dispensers. Bought my first one in Germany 30 years ago and it is still good as new. This second one is a birthday gift for myself to use in my cabin. So handy. I add to the whipper container, 1 cup cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Put it together. screw the charger on last so you can hear the whoosh when the gas goes into the cream. Shake a couple of times and voila! Yummy cream for pies, fruit, or any other way you need cream. It keeps several weeks in the fridge unless someone decides it is just too tempting.

Bought this to recreate the lilikoi foam on a Mai Tai we love from a local restaurant. Did not disappoint. Make sure you follow directions (particularly the “use only cold ingredients”) for best results. My ingredients were chilled but hadn’t been in the fridge super long, so the first go around wasn’t as thick. The next time I shook them in ice before adding to the infuser and the cream was so thick and amazing! Great buy!
