Great for different sized feet! Saving my heels
My feet are .5 size different so shoes are a pain to buy. These things are saving my feet, heels and sanity. I use the heel sticker things in the shoe that my smaller foot goes in so it's not sliding around. I now have 0 blisters and I'm so happy about it!I wasn't see what the thin strip where but they seemed to work on open toes heels where the material kind of digs into my toes. Huge life saver. I will forever buy these.***if your stickers keep moving or falling off***Super glue them in!! You won't have to worry about adjusting it every time you put your shoes on.

Base sole insert & ball of foot works wonders..the other things in the set, not so much
PLEASE BRING THESE BACK! I NEED THEM IN MY LIFE AGAIN! The base sole insert & the ball of foot pads works wonders for me. I am an avid 5-inch high heel wearer and these are my go-to's. I was SOO thankful that they were actually affordable because now I can buy them for EVERY high heel shoes I own and wear on a daily rotating basis. Dr. Scholls pads are nice but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and that prohibits me from getting one to install into every shoe I own (and I have a lot of shoes!). I like that I can just stick them on, pull out the shoes anytime and wear them without fearing the dreaded foot pain and fatigue at the end of the day. HOWEVER, the other things in the set are NOT GREAT IN THEIR ADHESION. They would be perfect IF they would just stick MORE PERMANENTLY. The smaller pads in the set do not stick at all and that sucks. (PLEASE MAKE THE SMALLER ITEMS STICK BETTER!)

These come in handy, depending on what you need with your shoes. Some of them would be more helpful if there more descriptions for their uses added to the product. I would definitely use for relieving slight issues with ill-fitting shoes (maybe using the strap circles to help keep a shoe from flapping loose, using one of the circle cushions to relieve a pain point over the top of your toes or foot, etc), but if you need something to help make a shoe fit better, this might not be what you're looking for.

While these insoles are a good quality, they are MUCH shorter than I need them to be. When the arrived I realized that they are produced and shipped from China and, apparently, not sized for American feet. I will do a little more due diligence before I order insoles again, and will not be ordering this brand again.

I'll buy a second set
Everyone is correct that the longest pads do not go the full length or width of your foot. However, that was good for my purpose. I had very strappy shoes and these hide nicely while making them much more comfortable. They make my 3" heels more comfortable than my 2" heels.

I used the full soles with my heels and they are so comfortable that I can wear the heels all day. Helped my feet from sliding up to the front too. They're not stickies so you can use with whatever you feel like wearing for the day.

easy to use and flexable
i bought these for my heels and some sandals. they were flexable and i found a way to use almost all of them so far. i cut some to make them fit. i would buy again just because their uses were so versatile.

Slips off
These definitely slip around if not secured right the first time. Once you peel it off to readjust the adhesive just gives up. I had to readjust these constantly and the inner sole wouldn't even fit in my shoe right (it made the shoe feel tighter so it wasnt that useful) they helped with blistering and comfort but all the readjusting and extra work made it a chore. Will never buy or use again.
