Are these completely blackout curtains? I need a really dark room for my toddler

I bought the cream colour for my bedroom window, which backs onto an A road - so it has some street lighting and is fairly busy, even at night. They muffle the sound slightly and no light is visible from the inside. They hang well and are a lovely colour, too.
