This is a product I can not live without. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to melatonin, this is it. I can always tell when my system is low on Magnesium when I can't shut my brain off at night. Use as directed, take daily and talk to your doctor.

I take it at night one hour before bed and helps me sleep . Very good product ! I always purchase when I run low

I don’t think any manufacturer makes small magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate. However, they do go down easy enough. So I’m thankful for that. What’s confusing is the fact that tablets and capsules this size are usually reserved for 750 mg or 1,000 mg strength drugs. Not sure what a 200 mg magnesium is doing with so much filler…

It’s a great product. Easy to swallow . Excellent for muscular and mental relaxation and even for cramps and tension.

I saw a video on fb that said to take this specific magnesium if you’re always feeling tired or get bad cramps every month. I was always tired throughout the day and always had bad cramps so I gave this a try. After about two weeks I noticed I wasn’t feeling so tired throughout the day anymore and it did also help with cramps. I barely had any when I normally have really bad ones. So I will continue to buy these.
