Bought these to make up for a craft show. I will hang them with colored glass beads . Have done so in the past and used them as gifts. They are very nicely packaged and came in perfect condition, no scratches. Very happy with my purchase.

I like to hang crystal decorations on my Christmas tree, and these are perfect to add to my collection. They are a great size without it being too heavy. I wish they had come with a set of hooks instead of a plastic string I will have to cut for each piece. But It’s manageable, and will look great!

I'm not 100% sure, but pretty certain these diamond drop shaped "crystals" aren't real glass crystal. They feel different. They're lighter than the glass crystal orb (see photos). Probably a hard acrylic or plastic. The foil backing is better than some of my other crystals I purchased (different vendors).In the last photo I posted, it shows the product alongside several other "crystals" I purchased from other 3rd party vendors for comparison (stars, moons, icicles etc).The smaller star (from a different vendor) is the cheapest and has highly visible scratches and the clarity is foggy. The big glass crystal orb (also a different vendor) hanging in the center is by far the best quality. These diamond drop "crystals" fall somewhere in the middle in terms of quality.Pretty sure the orb is clear glass crystal. However, it does refract some rainbows, but not as much as the foil-backed "crystals" like the others pictured.For arts, crafts and jewelry making, these will do just fine. Definitely will be using for my suncatchers, which is why I purchased them. They're very sparkly and bright. They refract a lot of rainbow hues.For reference, I'm using the term"crystal" loosely because crystal is a TYPE of glass that has a higher refractal index than just plain glass. It has a certain amount of lead oxide in it to create a clearer and higher refractal surface.K9 or "Chinese Crystal" is what is most commonly used today because it's more affordable than higher end glass crystal (Swarovski). It doesn't mean it's cheap necessarily. The quality range is all over the spectrum. Depends heavily on the vendor/company.So it's important to inspect and check other buyer's reviews (photos especially are helpful).AB is for Aurora Borealis, the rainbow foil that is used to coat the crystal. There's either clear or AB foil applied. Cheaper foil will look very obviously placed on the acrylic or glass, as if you could peel it off almost. It will have chips and scratches when light is reflected on the surface. Higher end crystal will have better foil and will most likely have more than one coating that creates a higher refractive surface (Swarovski is one of the best examples).4/5 stars. Not quite high quality, but they're certainly above average. There are some minor scratches in the foil, but you wouldn't notice them unless you zoom in with a camera. For the price and the quantity, it's a good purchase.
