This is an update to a previous review. After I reported that the wrap came with a rip in the seam, I was contacted by the company. They apologized and refunded my money, despite my saying that I can use the product and that I didn't want a refund. You can't ask for better service from a company. And after fixing the seam, I have been using this wrap. It's soft, heavy, and exactly what I needed.

Great product.
The product is plush soft, sturdily sewn to create the shirring at neck and the curve over the shoulders. My husband gets migraines..While I don't think he'd use it as a sleep pillow, We think it will be helpful the next time he gets a migraine. We followed directions to seal it in a giant ziplock bag before putting into the freezer to protect it from any odors.

Great for stick neck and shoulders
Does not hold heat long enough - but it’s the same as every one of these type of things. I have not timed it...

Good replacement
I needed to replace my shoulder wrap that the dog tore apart. The new one arrive on time and feels very soft & comfy. It heats up well and covers my aching areas (neck & upper shoulder).

I have a lot of pain in my neck after a accident.This pillow helps me to get control over the pain and i can work.
