The build quality is good but the bass isn't as strong as I thought it would be, overall it is a good set of headphones and was worth the money.

Nice packaging &it arrived on time but I couldn't hardly hear on the ear buds2low need something louder but it did hang up and answer good.

They're pretty good. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 instead of a 5 is because I haven't tried the microphone. The earbuds, however, are pretty comparable to the Samsung earbuds that I had before.

Product lasted a few weeks, but is now losing sound. It makes this cracking noise and I wasn't rough with handling my headphones at all. Manufacturer, perhaps made the ones I received defective. I only chose these due to the high ratings...However, I'm now skeptical. I like how they fit and they were comfy to wear all day long...They just don't last as long?

lost the little rubber covering off one of the ear pieces within a week of owning it

I'm a huge fan of this form factor, but the sound quality on these in particular just isn't there. Very tinny and not at all the rich/full sound I got from the Samsung-branded ones with this shape. Lots of popping, too. Maybe just a bad pair, I dunno.

Some difficulty keeping them in place. I am going to look for another pair.

Not quite what I expected. No volume adjustment, just answer and disconnect button.
