STACY ADAMSMen's Knit Sleep Short

Love these. I bought these for sleeping as I wanted something super light. Love the light, cool fabric. Nice quality out of the box. They are sheer but just thick enough that I can still walk around the house in them. Might be too sheer for anyone super ‘modest’ though. Def can tell what you’re packing down there when you are walking around. I expect them to wash well as Stacy Adams is a known brand and I’ve had other items from them in the past. They fit true to size and waist is very stretchy. I went with XL as I tend to be in between L and XL but could easily have gone with L in these. I will likely get another colour in the L. They should make a matching shirt.

I discovered sleep shorts about a year ago and have since tried about 4 different brands. These are my absolute favorites. Best material, best looking, and most comfortable. They look the most like normal everyday shorts; kind of similar to basketball or gym shorts but with a bit thinner material. I haven't worn them in public but wouldn't have any problem doing so because they don't look like "pajama" shorts. I can't say enough good things about them. This was the second pair I ordered after loving the first pair. I have them in the blue and gray color and neither of them are sheer, just thin so outlines could potentially be seen occasionally. The fly area has two buttons and has the fabric double layered along the fly so that's why the outlines may only be occasional, but then again, I'm not looking down at my junk to check. Perfect for hanging out around the house and sleeping.

Purchased this for my husband. He says, these shorts are loose & comfortable. Material is light, easy to wash and plenty of room. I would purchase again for him.

These are definitely longer and more roomy than you will expect by size, so I would consider ordering one size down unless you are a particularly large guy.They are excellent for Spring Summer and Fall, not so great for winter of course.Extremely soft material and good at keeping you cool and comfortable with a minimalist design, but not so minimal that you can't wear them on a lazy day around the house.The overall quality is quite good and the brand as a whole offers excellent products, so I can strongly recommend these if you are shopping for sleep shorts or lounge shorts for home.

Let me preface these comments by stating that I use these shorts as every day PJs. So they get a lot of use.Pros:- Very comfortable/soft- Nice length (right above the knees)- Hug the hips nicely and no need to tie the drawstring- Nice big/deep pockets- Using them as PJ's, its nice that they're normal looking. I can go outside to the mailbox or take the trash out and its not totally obvious that I'm walking around in my PJs.Cons:- Not very warm; the material is very thin so it doesn't provide much warmth- The draw strings are crazy long and they can be easily pulled out from one end or the other- See through? Sort of. So if you're going commando in these just be warned that in certain light conditions they are slightly see through. Also the material is very thin and very... revealing.. meaning that you may display a clear outline of your twig and berries under some circumstances- Button fly; who uses a button fly? Just get ride of the fly altogetherWould I get them again? Yes! They are definitely comfy. They are probably only for home use though.

I love these they are super comfortable light weight and leave little to the imagination which my spouse and I have enjoyed. The only downside is how long they are. They sit like 90's basketball shorts: long and a bit baggy. Which is super comfortable like I said. But I think they would be even more comfortable if they were cut to mid thigh or a few inches above the knee. It's hot outside and we don't have air-conditioning speedo the best we can and to really make these as comfortable as I can I roll them up a bit at the waist. Just keep in mind that these are definitely at home shorts. I got the white and they are quite sheer. But like I said, my spouse and I are enjoying that. I just ordered some black Stacy Adams boxer shorts so they might be closer to what I'm looking for but I'm not sure because I really really like these!

I loved how lightweight they were and the fit and length. But didn't care for the fly

Update (2 stars to 4 stars): After 3-4 Washings, the fabric has indeed gotten thinner and more lightweight (enjoying now).I was looking for a lightweight, almost silk or nylon short for lounging in hot humid temperatures. Unfortunately, I received a Polyester Short with a Fly similar to the sport shorts in Walmart (without fly).I will still wear for everyday use, but too warm for humid temperatures (31C humidex of 37C/87F - 99F).

By far one of the most comfortable pair of shorts to the sleep in. Worth every dime !
