Definitely one of the better non prescription diabetic foot creams. Keeping feet healthy for diabetics is essential, this isn't news to anyone who has diabetes or is suffering through my review, however it's nice to have something available that's affordable and works well.The two key ingredients are:Urea - Urea has a long and colorful past dating back to the 17th century. With me being diabetic, my heels were in terrible shape....you can ask my husband!! I was quite worried about them...you know it's important that we diabetics take good care of our feet. I was so embarrassed by their condition. He hated it if I would ask him to give me a foot rub, and I don't blame him. They were so scratchy, so rough, I couldn't even wear hosiery because my heels would tear them to shreds. I was sooooo tired of filing them too. they would develop deep cracks that made it very painful to walk too. My daughter that works as a pharmacy tech asked if I'd heard of this cream called Diabeti-Derm, which I had not. I got on Amazon and found it, ordered it, started using it once a day for 3 weeks, and you would not believe the difference. I don't know how to send a picture in, but you would have to see it to believe it. My search is finally over!!! I cannot say enough....TRY, TRY, TRY it...you won't regret it!! I promise you!! I soaked my feet every night in warm soapy water, then rinsed and patted dry and allowed them to air dry for maybe 5 more minutes then applied the cream generously and put on some cotton socks and went to bed. I noticed a difference after using it for only one week. By the end of three weeks...you would never have known that there was ever anything wrong with my heels!!!

I got this lotion for my hot prickely tired diabetic feet at night. I was hoping for a better smell but I guess in a medication cream its asking a lot. Its very thick and greasy and leaves a bit of a grainy feeling after its dried but if I use it before bed and just sleep with it its not a big deal. It definitely does cool my feet although still not as much as I'd hope for -- but this is the best I've found so far.

I have diabetes and need to take care of my feet. I went thru numerous products trying to help the rough condition my feet were in and finally found Diabeti-Derm. Their feet rejuvenating cream is very good but the heel and toe cream is the best. My feet are now soft and in the best condition ever. I put it on every morning and then pull on some nice soft socks with some good comfortable shoes and I am set for long walks, shopping, being on my feet for long stretches. Great stuff. And I can count on Amazon to quickly fill my re-orders. Even if you don't have diabetes, this is great for busy working people on their feet alot.

Great product works wonder on Diabetic patients. My mom had Skin cracks on her legs and toes and a black patch on her leg. She has been using this product for last 25 days definitely there is a great improvement. Now her leg is smooth-en and her dry skin is totally gone. She has a new and smooth skin and even the black patch is reduced by 45%, which she has been suffering for last 6 years.,she had a Skin Drafting on her leg for Ulcers. Now I registered for every 3 months so she can use for her rest of life. She used regular Moisturizers but nothing worked for last 6 months.

This is a good product for diabetics. I have used it before and it works really well. The only problem I had was the packaging was wet when I received it. Both jars were in a plastic bag and it was wet inside the plastic bag. Seems like a shipping issue that needs to be addressed with certain items. Otherwise it is a good product.
