This bowl is a God send! My rescued pitbull seems to think (even after 5 years) that she may not get another meal and, has always scarffed down her food in seconds (before we could feed her brother and sister)...which meant she was free to bother them (and this lead to lots of arguing between them lol). We've had this bowl for 3 days now and, it really slows her down (without seeming to frustrate her). I highly recommend this bowl to anyone with a "chow" hound!

We purchased this bowl for our cat (yep, cat) who eats so fast that he vomits many times each week. It's actually quite a large bowl - larger than I would have chosen had I had a size option - but it works fine.I saw one review that suggested this bowl be used for larger animals with longer tongues, and I can see their point - while my cats can get food out of the bowl (and it slows my veracious eater) it's sometimes harder for them to get the food that is single-layered on the bottom of the bowl, away from the center point (which seems to have a wider space for the animal to get the food out of). My cats use their paws to get the food out sometimes too.I did not put the rubber feet on the bowls, as I use fabric placemats. I have not had a problem with them sliding on the vinyl floor, but again, I am using these for cats (11lbs).

Arrived promptly and as expected. There are 4 rubber non-skid pieces on the bottom of the bowl, which are a good idea that is lacking in execution, as the rubber is hard and therefore doesn’t work as it should. The rubber pieces are slightly smaller than the places they are supposed to go, so I ended up using strong glue to permanently place them. Overall, product works as intended and the purchase/receipt process was flawless, just need to tweak the bottom so that the rubber feet don’t get lost.

Very nice bowl. It seems to slow my 20 lb dog from one minute gulping food to three minutes (and that's about 1/4 cup.) What I wish is that the open spaces (where the food sits) were even smaller, to make her really slow more. She has to work this a bit, because of the pattern, but her snout seems to easily fit in those spaces. I still need to give her 1/4, wait, then the other 1/4 cup.But a great bowl for the price. Mine does not slide, even without the rubber feet. If I knew there was a more challenging bowl for her, I would buy it from this seller.

The feet on the bottom that stop it from sliding fall out really easily. I am sure they can be glued in but it is frustrating. However, this does not have any impact on how will it works to slow the dogs down, it is fantastic.I will admit, they were frustrated at first and didn't really understand but, they are getting used to it.

I was reluctant to purchase this. I was proven wrong. It is great. My pug is a very aggressive eater. It works wonderful for her and has slowed her down. Would order again and would recommend.

Very effective at extending dogs feeding time. I use them for my boxer, labs & tiny yorkies, slows them all down. I don't know if the huge dog chunks would for in the spaces, but for the price, u can't beat it. Dishwasher safe/top shelf. Well made, cute colors. Highly recommend.

Thin plastic, easy for dogs to chew. Tiny rubber feet not attached are a choking hazard. With good oversight, this is otherwise a good bowl for slowing down fast eaters.
