Great quality fresh hay that my rabbits love. They are very picky. I have bought many different brands of hay and hands down this is the best. If my rabbits are happy then I am happy!!!!

My guinea pigs love this! They will eat it all day and I am going to buy the bigger package, This package went up to around 4 months until it went all gone. I love the way it smells as well and no bugs inside it.

The BEST hay for my rabbits, and excellent Customer Service as well!
I have had house rabbits for almost 20 years. For many of those years, I purchased the small commercial bags of hay (you know the names) from the pet store. Most of it traveled from the bag to the litterbox to the compost heap, unconsumed. I didn't think much about it, as my buns were healthy and had good varied diets. I saw them eat the hay, but there was always plenty left behind. Four years ago, I adopted a rabbit who was a little chubby and a non-hayeater. I tried different brands of hay with little success; he simply would not touch it. He really needed hay in his diet and needed to lose weight, and I didn't know how to make that happen. After a few bags that even I was disgusted with (best characterized as old, pulverized, brown dust) I decided we needed to find a better quality source. I had seen Farmer Dave's mentioned in bunny forums, and purchased a 3 lb box of second cut. This turned out to be recognizable HAY; green and soft with the characteristic chlorophyllic aroma. It also contained clover and bits of leaves. As soon as I put a handful in my boy's litterbox, he was on it. I watched him eat hay for the very first time, and he was enthusiastic and ravenous in his attack. There was no question that he recognized the difference between Farmer Dave's and the shelf-worn, dried out junk from the pet store. He now loves his hay and gets ridiculously excited when I go to the box. I wouldn't have believed the transformation if I hadn't witnessed it. Unfortunately, in the beginning I didn't plan my stocking well, and we ran out of hay. Desperate, I found a bag of the pet store hay in the garage, and put some in his rack. He sniffed it and quickly bolted out of the litterbox, thumping hard as he landed. Outrageously displeased. We have never turned back. The 19 lb box works out the best for us, especially now that we have two buns. My new adoptee adapted to the hay immediately. I was a little concerned about it coming in just a cardboard box, but I've since decided that it probably breathes better this way, and I'm very anti-plastic anyway, for a number of reasons. Hay is messy though, and that can't be avoided. I put the cardboard box inside a larger container and use it from there. Customer Service is also excellent: after a particular delivery, I opened the box to find hard stems and sticks and promptly complained, assuming there had been a breakdown in quality control. Customer Service kindly advised me that I'd accidentally ordered a box of 1st cut, and they shipped out the correct product immediately. I was very grateful for their quick resolution, particularly as the error was mine.
