Oven safe dish
We bought this for our daily cooking which works well and mint is a lovely colour. Was happy to know later that it is also oven safe. It is dishwasher safe as well hence easy to clean. The only thing is since it is such a light colour, we have to be extra careful while making indian dals (lentils) as turmeric marks won’t be easy to remove if any drop falls on outer area.
