This is amazing stuff. I love it on rice and fish. It is bright and has a unique citrus flavor. I ordered more already and added the red one to see how it tastes.

As a Japanese this is a must to have since Amy store by me won’t sell this we tried this and it’s delicious!! Try it with steak or hot pot, you’d love it !!

I went to a Japanese restaurant and found a very tasty dollop of paste. I did some research and saw that this was a type of yuzu paste. This one is very good and potent. Goes great with fried foods

The problem with many Japanese food products is that the ingredient listing is not in English. Wouldn't be such a big deal if one wasn't so sensitive to MSG. I was recommended this brand and product when I walked into a Japanese food shop looking for Yuzu Kosho without MSG. The flavor is great. Doesn't have a synthetic taste. I think this product might fall under the category of "Natural".It's a small jar- they all are because it isn't ketchup, folks. You aren't supposed to consume it like that. For about a 6 oz portion of grilled chicken, a restaurant usually serves half a teaspoon, so this condiment is supposed to be a flavor and salt enhancer, not slathered on like Sriracha. Also, If you want that fresh taste that you get from adding in sliced daikon radish to broth, you can use this instead. With a kick, of course. I use in chicken soup. You will never go back. I am glad I can find it on Amazon.
