Surprising value and features
I've worn these boots 5 days a week for about a month. I'm a boot guy needing the features of a boot as I complete tasks on my small farm. For years I have worn expensive boots but always seek out a bargain. These boots were a great price on Prime day and I own tennis shoes made by Nortiv that are good so I ordered the boots. I am impressed. Here's some reasons why. These boots are super light. Listing says just over one pound. Light weight is great after a long day working. And as listing says, they are water proof. Water beads up on lower sections. I treated lower part with silicone just in case but so far no wet feet. Most boots I have owned are so hard to get on but these Nortiv are amazing. They are surprisingly supple and I can slip them on in just a moment. The top two shoe string points are catches rather than holes making lacing a breeze. And speaking of laces, I've had boots that it was impossible to keep tied. All day long I would find laces untied. I don't know how Nortiv does it but the material for their laces stays tied! And the boots come with a spare set of laces! The boots are comfortable and provide adequate support. The soles are aggressive enough that I have not slipped when wearing but not so aggressive that I have to dig out mud from the cleats. I will report back after more time on the farm. So far these boots have proven exceptional.

Great boots
Great boots I bought them months ago and have zero issues. Size is correct. No signs of wear or damage. They are lightweight and feel comfortable like sneakers.I did spray them with waterproof silicone spray so my feet stay dry in the rain.I will buy these again. 5 stars

An honest product, slightly higher quality than I expected.
These boots look exactly like the picture. They have the smell of high quality footwear as well. They aren't perfect and they each have a slight difference in the shape of the inner sole when first walking on them, and there are a few minor stitching mistakes, but these are minor issues that are perfectly acceptable for this price range. The materials feel good, and they were sewn and glued in well. The sole feels like they are going to be very durable. Of course time will tell how they really hold up, but I am quite confident these will hold up nicely for the coming year. In fact, last winter I bought a pair of Colombia outdoor boots of a similar style for $130 from a local department store, and I am regretting that right about now, as I can buy 3 pairs of these for the same price. I am now contemplating the purchase of an additional pair of the darker brown color variant. If you want a pair of good boots in the $50 range, these are a fantastic option.

Light weight, comfortable, flexible, supportive
I had total ankle joint replacement about a year ago. Recovery and rehab have gone well. I am overweight so have been looking for mid-height, ankle supportive boot. I tried a conventional 6” hiking boot with Vibram sole, but I found it too stiff and rigid, and the aggressive tread would catch on surface irregularities, and trip me up. Reviewers were saying that these Nortive8 boots were more flexible/ comfortable than most hiking boots so I ordered a pair. They have excellent quality construction. They fit as expected, and are comfortable out of the box. The tread is mild and rounded in the edges, which is perfect for what I needed. Some reviews said that these boots do not provide much ankle support, but I have not found that to be the case. With the 8” height and double hook eyelets, if I snug the laces, they provide plenty of support for my weak ankle. I have worn them outdoors almost all waking hours for about two weeks, and they show no wear yet. Just a couple of minor suggestions for improvement: the tongue could be a little thicker, and the laces are too long. Beyond that, I am very happy with them, especially considering their I’m very reasonable price.

Great for the price!
My man struggles when it comes to finding a good pair of boots that he can work in. He works in construction, a foreman and the lead operator of his crew. He’s constantly working in dirt and mud, climbing in and out of the hoe, helping train new hires on laying pipe. He was so surprised at how comfortable these boots are. They’re all-terrain. They’re water proof, and have kept his feet dry in rainy/ muddy work conditions. So far, they’ve been very durable. He works hard and they haven’t fallen apart yet, however time will tell. They offer great support and he hasn't had any complaints about the fit, grip, or and difficulty putting them on. He easily puts them on in the mornings and heads right on out to work. I’m happy he got a pair of boots that work for him at work!

Not so waterproof
The boot is comfortable upon first wearing. They are lightweight and feel good on my feet. Unfortunately, they are not waterproof. They are some water resistance when walking in light rain. Although, walking in puddles and prolonged water exposure in heavy rain left my socks and feet wet. So not very waterproof at all actually.

Best lightweight boot I've worn.
These boots are really great. They weigh much less than the competition, and are super comfortable. I'm a corrections officer and I usually putt 5 to 10 miles on a set of boots every day. These are holding up very well and I can verify that they can take some punishment. They give great grip and I already mentioned the comfort level. My only regret is no side zipper. When I can, I plan to buy another pair, maybe something more heavy duty, and with that zipper. I sometimes end up working outside and we have a lot of snakes in Florida. I want some leather between my feet and those fangs lol.
