I have only been using this for about a week and already notice a decrease in hormonal and cystic acne, a well as increase in energy. I can't be 100% certain that it is because of this product, but I am happy enough to continue using it. It also tastes great. I drink it mixed with water, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is expensive, and one package can only last about 35 days, so I don't know if I can continue using it indefinitely.

Does this make your skin a little more glowing? Maybe. $70/month more glowing? Absolutely not. I’ll give it 4 stars based on the potential of it actually doing what it claims, but in my opinion, not worth a repurchase. I also didn’t LOVE the taste just mixed in water on its own, but I did find a fantastic hack: add in half a packed of that crystal lite lemonade powder or similar. Palatable game changer.

i was looking for a natural way to get rid of the awful acne on my chin and jawline. i have taken it for 2 wks now and have not noticed a difference yet. i take it in the morning on an empty stomach as i have heard many others recommended*mixes fine with water, has a berry flavor but i prefer mixing it with my diet green tea, mixed berry flavor. it enhancesthe flavor*very gritty. it goes down better with a straw so u can get all the mix that settles at the bottom*very expensive - the can is almost as small as a soda can. i expected something much larger when i ordered it.had i been aware i probably would not have invested that much for so little product. however i may sing a differenttune if it clears my skini will update this when i finish the bottle.I have finished the bottle and my opinion is unchanged - i do enjoy the drink every morning so i have bought another bottle since.

Expensive, so no change in my complexion. And many of the main ingredients are like...lentils and rice? Super cheap grains and legumes that are not really superfoods. It also does not dissolve very well, lots of grit at the bottom of a glass that you feel the need to choke down because this stuff is so expensive.

So, I have pretty good skin. Pimple here and there, but I wanted to cleanse out my body internally. B/C I do believe internal issues and what you put in your body, later come out on the outside of your body.I did breakout at first in little white pimples and my face was very sensitive to touch. But then I figured this was a detox on my body and I kept drinking it. The pimples went away (like dried out) and now my complexion is better then ever.

I absolutely love the taste. The ingredients are amazing and I feel good about putting them into my body. My skin is glowing and looks brighter in just a week of taking this.

I purchased this on a whim when I was suffering from some hormonal acne. Not only did it help with my acne but my skin has never looked this good. I hardly have any breakouts anymore. My esthetician has even commented on how well my skin looks. I use this every morning when I make myself my protein drink for breakfast, and I combine it with the collagen from the same brand. I took one star away because this stuff is EXPENSIVE. I will keep repurchasing because I love it, but I just wish it was a little more affordable.
