It’s a really cute bike! Easy assembly! Best for at home use, park rides, curbside, etc. Great gift idea! My granddaughters and daughter love their bells & basket accessories. Lovely colors too

My kid uses this bike almost daily! Her favorite part is the basket! She loves to haul her stuffed animals in it! Perfect size for 5 yr old and super easy to adjust! Very sturdy!

UPDATE: The seller immediately reached out to me and offered me a partial refund to compensate me for the problems with the bike. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and am revising my review. The bike looks like it will last a long time and the birthday girl is delighted with it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased the 20-inch bike for a girl's birthday present. Assembly started out as straightforward, but I found that the front caliper brake was assembled improperly at the factory and the front tire would not hold air. Since it was a gift and time sensitive, I had to take the bike to a local bike shop for repair. The bike mechanic said that the brake cable was improperly placed within one or more of the brake components and had to be dismantled and reassembled properly. He also said that the front tire tube was punctured, likely during the factory portion of the assembly. As a result of the shoddy factory assembly, I had to pay additional fees to have the bike repaired before it was even used. I do not recommend buying this particular brand of children's bike, as it appears that their quality control is lacking.

The bike is sturdy, heavy weight. My daughter loves it. The pliers were not required, the wrench provided was wrong size, used my own, assembly was quite simple: install the front wheel (just squeeze the wheel through the break mechanism) and wheel cover, install the training wheels together with back seat, install the handlebar, pedals and the seat. It was all easy, only I had to do the same things twice as the steps were all broken down into single steps (for example, training wheels and back seat). There was a problem with inflating tires. The valve is neither Shrader nor Presta. It’s a European type (aka Dunlop or Woods valve). The valve holds air very well, but I did not have a pump for the task. ONLY UNSCREW THE BLACK CAP (it’s a dust cap; if you went ahead and took the valve apart like I did, you’ll lose all the air in the tire, but that’s no problem, just put the valve back in place). A video on YouTube suggested using Presta pump, it did not work for me. Bought a $19 Tiakia mini bike pump (it included an adapter to convert the valve to Shrader), was delivered in one day by Amazon, worked perfect. Screwed the tiny adaptor on, screwed on the pump, inflated tires in 30 pumps.

Hard to put together, and the training wheels are so flimsy, they bent during the first ride around the block. To make it worse, the way the frame is set up, I can’t even attach stronger training wheels. I tried reaching out to support on the website a week ago and haven’t heard back.

Product is cheaply out together and poorly packaged. Incorrect items were sent in the packaging causing the bike to have only one useful pedal. Would not recommend.
