Zinc 15mg & Selenium 200mcg - 120 Tablets - Picolinate & Selenomethionine Immune

I bought this to add to my hair supplement stack, as both zinc and selenium are meant to support healthy hair growth (especially alongside biotin and collagen). I’ve read a lot about how deficiencies in these can cause shedding—so this felt like a smart, affordable add-in.The tablets are actually bigger than I expected, but still manageable and no nasty taste. Handy resealable pouch too.I’m taking this daily as part of my routine, and I’ll definitely update if I notice any changes in strength, shine, or reduced shedding over the next few weeks. So far, so good!

I'm sure that these work very well, if you can get past the awful smell. I remember many years ago, as a little kid, the smell of my dad's Selsun dandruff shampoo and it smelled like these tablets only these tablets are about 10 times as strong with the pong. If you can ignore this I'm certain these pills will be more than useful.

Perfect and great product

they are not terrable but they have too much filler anti caking agents etc, there is more filler than product.but its pretty much the same for most of them.you can get it without all the fillers and added stuff and just the product but they are much more pricey but thats what i will be doing next time.but if you dont mind all the fillers and bulking agents then this is a viable product due to the price.

Be warned that when you open the bag, the smell isn’t great. Not sure about their effectiveness but won’t be buying again.
