I absolutely love this bag! When I first opened the box I was soo excited to get the bag out and use it. Giving it a good look over, I noticed that one of the hardware brackets holding the handle on was broken. I was completely bummed out as I wanted to use the bag that day. I reached out to the seller and they got back to me the same day (who does that anymore?). They apologized for the mishap and sent me another bag. Amazing customer service!The bag is great and gits my laptop, wallet, phone, and books. It's perfect for work and super fashionable as well.

This cute laptop bag has a kate spade look without the price. Problem is, it severely lacks the quality as well. Have had it less than 3 months and the strap ripped and is not fixable, and apparently is not returnable at this point. You get what you pay for, I guess. I would not recommend this bag.

It's a very nice looking bag. Perfect for working women. However, I am also a student so I had to carry more than my laptop and couple of item; I have books, food, folders, etc. It is not very roomy so I had to return it. Perfect for those who only carry their laptops and extra stuff, not a lot. It is also very uncomfortable to carry on your shoulder, the shoulder strap is too short in my opinion. The longer strap helps but is not very comfortable either. OVERALL - good! fancy, not too roomy.

This bag was not quite as roomy inside as I expected. It's a tight squeeze to get my laptop (in padded case), charger, notebook, planner, wallet, and glasses case in it. It works though and is cute. Quality seems fine other than I had mine for 6 weeks before the loop that holds the long strap to the bag ripped at the seam, so I can no longer use the long strap. Works for now, but will buy a higher quality bag once this one outlives its usefulness.Update - Bag is now also tearing on the short handles and on the inside pockets. Poor quality, would not buy again.

I have a MacBook Pro 17 inch. It was a tight fit. I have a folder that I work with as well, and I was unable to put that in there with my computer. If you have a smaller computer, then you should be fine. I do love the style and pockets. It feels like a great product and seems it could hold up nice. Just a tight fit for my items. I'm going to keep it because I'm sure I will find a way to use it, because it is a really cute bag. :)

I have used this bag Monday-Friday every day since buying it. It carries only my HP Elite Book laptop (a small and compact laptop) to work, sits leaned up against the wall, and I bring it home and sit it in it's own spot at my house. I say all this to explain how very little it gets handled and how gentle I treat it.ALL FOUR OF THE STRAPS ARE BROKEN. One of them is hanging by a strand.I always received many compliments on this bag and I am sad it is broken. Would not recommend.

Its a really nice-looking bag. However, I only use for notebooks and folders since it was slightly too small for my laptop. And after a couple of months use, the shoulder strap has already ripped off. Not too impressed.
