It came quickly. The first bottle I got upon first use I slept soundly. I liked that. Magnesium is important so I am taking this brand for now.

I have used this product for years to supplement my diet. I used it for different reasons, one of them being a relaxant before bed whenever I was stressed and could not sleep. It assists with calcium uptake as well. It has a laxative effect if you take to much, so be careful!. Has more uses than you think. Research it!

Better to take at night.
