People seem to have a totally different effect than I do to the products on amazon. I have been taking this product for 2 weeks. It doesn't raise my temperature and it doesn't help me sleep and I have not seen any weight loss. I am willing to give it a few more weeks though and adjust my rating if it needs adjusting.

it made me sleep and i woke up at with -1.5 lbs minimum. it works but when i woke up i felt little head ache.

Best part of this was the melatonin. I really didn't notice a difference in my appetite.

If I could give it a smaller star than a cero star I would. You might as well take a tic tac with a glass of water and you would have the same result.... I mean I have tried other pills and you could feel at least a little change on something but with this, absolutely nothing, cero, nada. Please trust me and don't waste your money on this.

I must have a really screwed up system as this didn't help with weight loss, but it has helped me sleep more soundly at night and I like it for that reason.

the only good thing about this product is that it helped me sleep. other than that i can't say it helped me in anyway burn any fat. sorry not worth the money.

Core temp was increased and I would even wake up sweating sometimes. Did not effect my sleep either. Not really sure how that translated to additional calories burned but its a powerful thermogenic for sure.
