These barrettes are really beautiful in person and look more expensive than they are. They are small, I just use them to pull back a side bang, but they hold well. They feel a bit flimsy because they are a material that has some flex in it, but they do not break when opening and closing. It can be a little hard to open. The color goes with everything, nice look!

I was looking for a barrette that didn't have any metal, because the metal barrettes have been catching my hair and pulling it. This was painful and hair was pulling out when I removed the barrette. This barrette is just what I needed. It looks good, stays in securely and it's very comfortable,(no pulling). I will be buying other colors. For the people who complained about how small it is I say you need to start reading the description where the dimensions are clearly stated.

I am highly allergic to nickle. So for me any metal on my scalp makes me break out in blisters. These clips are perfect as they hold my hair and lay flat when the back of my head is up against a headrest whether in a car or a chair. They are durable, unless your dog finds them on the end table, then all bets are off. So far I have several in different sizes and the color stays true and they are easy to clip and stay where I put them. Not the least expensive item in my collection but I don’t really have other options.

The color is excellent for silver gray hair. My hair is thick so I can’t clip too much. The clips are well made.

This small barrette is nice looking. It appears to be made of plastic. I think it is too delicate to hold much hair.

The clip broke in two weeks afterbeing difficult to clip. It wasn't lined up properly. Otherwise a very nice looking clip.

The plastic back can be hard to separate; sometimes I worry about it breaking. I wanted it to hold my hair in a particular way but it slips and the hair flattens when I click the clasp. It keeps the small section flat for the day but doesn't grip (would not do well with wind). Works better as as hair adornment; not effective for gripping and holding tight. I have baby fine hair and use it on my bangs.I need to find something that costs a little more and has a few more bells and whistles.

If you want to hold a small amount of hair in place, these workaholics will do it, and no slipping off. And the grey ones match the color of my hair, so I can, in a small, quiet way, celebrate being gray! Once upon a time, if I wanted to do that, I'd have to buy brown clips, but those days are long ago.

I have ordered 6 of these over the years. Theyvare wonderful for fine hair. My hair is held in place and is not pulled and does not hurt. I love, love these.They may be a bit expensive comparatively but they are worth it.

I had done a lot of searching to find barrettes which had this design - unlike most of them out there which have the sharp edges and cut my fine hair. These are perfect! Well-made, easy to use, and sturdy, they look good, too! So happy to have found them!

Smaller than I thought…not very strong. surprising because I have other items that are fantastic quality.Returned.

Too small ,even though id Measured it.Don’t know What the problem is…not worth sending it back to you guys in The States USA because postage is very expensive now and the clip was $30 odd AU so im stuck with it…its a good brand but im not a millionare either.Im very disappointed …i have no one to give it too either.
