This product is amazing. I first discovered it during a trip to India in 2019, being sold at a pharmacy in the airport. I suffer from severe period pains, and every month I have to use a number of prescription painkillers, heat pads, tens machine and hot water bottles. This roll on is a great addition to my treatment plan, and I love that it's herbal. It smells great, feels amazing. Even though it does not take the pain away, it offers a level of comfort that is so important during this time. For someone who only suffers from slight cramps, this roll on might even be enough! I wouldn't do without it now! Thanks so much!

This product smells lovely and helped a bit with the insane cramps and nerve pain I get with endometriosis. It does not take pain away completely and needs reapplying after a short while but it helps. It is also safe to use in the intimate region unlike similar pain products that leave you feeling the burn. My only issue is that although the price is quite reasonable the product is tiny. 10ml barely lasted three days so not best value for money for me. It is a great travel sized product though so ideal for the handbag or pocket.

This certainly works as I suffer from painful periods. It’s all natural so it’s perfect as I can’t deal with chemicals.

As somebody with endometriosis I think I would only recommend this patch for days when your cramps are not severe, as I found that it the product provides very minimum pain relief for me. If you’ve got minimal cramps I think this would be a good option to use that you can just apply and forget about it as you go about your day. But for more painful cramps I would suggest something like a tens machine. On the bright side the product is easy to use and sticky enough that it did not peel off even as I was working

Takes pain away. Smells great. Lasts ages

Disappointing product. It only provides warmth for about an hour despite the packaging claiming up to 12 hours. The adhesive is extremely sticky and painful to remove. The only positive is the pleasant, soothing smell. Overall, it’s effective for about an hour at best
