I am very unsatisfied with the unit I received. Maggie S
I have been trying to find service for the unit I ordered. It worked no more than 3 or four times and then quit. How do I get it repaired or replaced. It was an expensive unit to me but I got almost no use out of it. (Perfecter Fusion Styler with Travel bag, Detangle brush and Styling Clips by Tristan Products) Brush, clips and accessories were satifactory. FUSION STYLER WAS NOT!

Poor description (Eropean plug)
I suppose if I had really looked hard when ordering I would have seen that it was coming from London. No where in the description does it mention that it only has a European plug. If you are in America and buying this you will need to buy an adaptor in order to use it.
