Please add nutritional information and ingredients. how many carbs? what about dietary fiber? do they contain sugar, splenda or malitol?

There is no sucralose/splenda, 1 gram of sugar and 4 grams of sugar alcohols. HOWEVER - NET CARB INFO - one of the ingredients (tapioca starch) is supposed to be a resistant starch and therefor not count as a "regular carbohydrate" however my best guess is that the tapioca starch is a form of IMO syrup that they count as dietary fiber. However its not really very resistant (approx 70-85% is actually absorbed and so that would mean the net carb content is actually approximately 18grams if you minus the sugar alcohol erythritol - if you wanted to subtract that - and that also would make the calorie count a little higher than the 190 calories it says on the nutrition label - I calculate 239 calories per bar.) So how I calculate this into my daily eating plan/macros/fitness pal type apps is that I calculate it as follows.22 grams of carbs21 grams of protein0grams of REAL ACTUAL DIETARY FIBER CONTENT7grams of fatand totally 240 calories.

are they vegan sorry newbie to the vegan thing

On the packaging it say they contain milk. So technically no they are not vegan, but not sure how strict of a vegan you are. Otherwise everything else is chocolate, stevia and cashews.

Fda is no longer allowing imo tapioca starch to be counted as fiber. has kirkland changed their fiber or do they need to update nutrition info?
