Sound quality is fine; not better or worse than other buds I've reviewed. Volume, clarity, are all good. I had no issues with connectivity, though initially I couldn't get them to disconnect from my phone, even when in the box. The problem went away on its own, and I'm not sure what caused it. However I was very disappointed with: 1) the very mediocre ANR. There are three modes: Off/ANR/Passthrough, but you really have to listen to hear any difference. 2) touch controls. The various settings are controlled by various taps and touches of the ear buds, which works fine, but you need to bring the manual with you to work out how to do what you want with them. Try to turn the volume up? you'll probably skip a track. Turn the ANR on? you'll open voice assistant. It needs a companion app on ones phone. For similar money, I have the PistonBuds Pro, which are excellent and I'm afraid are much better than these.

These are earbuds that don’t really do anything fancy or unique, but which definitely punch above their price bracket for pure and simple quality. The sound quality is excellent, and the main ‘wow’ part of these earbuds for me. Having previously used similar buds from brands like B & O and Jabra, buds which cost three times as much as the current asking price on these earbuds, it’s really impressive how well they stand up. All across the EQ range they produce a nicely balanced, rounded sound, they can do everything from whiny classical tinnitus sounds down to the lowest trap subbass I could think of, and it did it all well. For sound quality, an undoubted five stars. In some ways, they are a little ordinary. For example, they aren’t the best fitting buds for my ears, their pebble shape is a little over-simplified and I would be just a little nervous about jogging in these buds and the possibility they might fall out- but for walking, they’re definitely a fine fit. They don’t have the advanced AI-type software of the more expensive buds and the active noise cancellation aspects, while present, are not quite as thorough as some. Bluetooth connection is straightforward and reliable, but there’s no massive suite of impressive ear-measuring tech for the audiophile obsessives. The microphones are OK, and you can have a simple spoken word call through them in a reasonable manner, but they do pick up a bit of background noise and aren’t the smartest of microphones at focussing in on your voice. This may sound like criticism, but it’s unfair to expect a 70 quid pair of earbuds to do absolutely everything to the same standard as a 250 quid pair. And in that price bracket, they offer a seriously impressive sound quality and value. In 25-ish years of owning a mobile, I’ve never owned anything by Nokia. But based on the evidence of these earbuds, next time I’m in the market for a new phone, I’m definitely going to be seriously considering a Nokia if they offer this kind of combination of price and quality.

Note - for anyone wondering, although it’s not stated, these work fine with Apple phone/iPad. The Bluetooth set up was straightforward with no issues. These are pretty impressive earbuds for the price range they’re in, offering the latest 5.2 Bluetooth technology and USB C charging. Each bud can be used independently, as they are both fitted with noise cancelling microphones. Noise cancellation is excellent for price range - the higher the volume the better it is. They cut out most noise, people have to shout near me to be heard! Personally, I like ambient mode so I can still hear background sound when needed. These also gave a low latency game mode, I don’t use them for this purpose so I asked my son to try them. He thought the gaming mode was excellent considering the price, there was no lag. He also listened to a variety of music (mostly metal and rock) and thought sound was crisp and bass is good. I’d agree with that too. You will get around 21 hours playback time from the case with ANC mode on, up to 24 hours if it’s off. The earbuds themselves go up to 8 hours with ANC off, 7 with ANC off. First charge wear was 5 hours total without any issues. The case is enabled for wireless charging which is really handy. They have dual touch control with automatic call switching; I found call sound to be excellent. My only criticism is they buds are very touch sensitive so it took me a while to stop accidentally selecting wrong options. Although that’s also a good feature once you remember the controls! They are a very snug fit if you select the right ear tips and getting the ear tip size/fit right is important for noise cancellation. I find them really comfortable and they are a secure fit. The Bluetooth range is superb too - I’ve tried them at the far end of the garden, and at end of our drive, with no loss of connection. They are currently priced at £69.99 and they impressed me enough to change my mind about buying EarPods.

I have these Nokia Comfort Earbuds Pro in black. They arrived nicely boxed in the compact charging box/case, would be a great gift idea. These earbuds look and feel well made, I like their simple and stylish design. They are easy and fast to set up. Bluetooth connection is very stable. They charge fast and keep the charge well, of course depending on the usage. I found them quite comfortable to wear, but they are not the most comfortable earbuds I owe. Sound is of a very good quality, sharp, loud with quite deep bass, so it was pleasant to listen to the classic rock wearing them. Mics work also perfectly well and the sound is very clear during the phone calls. Excellent earbuds, definitely worth the price £69.99, so I would happily recommend them.
