Need a pre-workout give this one try a good kick in the pants. Good for a gym workout.

Flavor is good I only dry scoop it and it’s great. U have to eat before u take this or u literally feel like death after ur workout u won’t be able to eat. When I first took it I had the best boost of energy and best leg pump then I got home and crashed so hard. As long as u eat before take this it’s amazing, whenever I feel tired and not feeling a pump I take this and I’m wired in I love it. Lasts about an hour then it noticeably wears off. I will be ordering again.

I’m the type of person who doesn’t like my drinks too sweet especially my pre-workouts, well this was perfect, I loved the flavor, it wasn’t too sweet. Smelt and tasted like the watermelon Jolly Rancher candy. This pre-workout worked perfectly and did it’s job during my intense workout. I had no crashes after, just need to get your protein in and eat a small snack before or after your workout. I just started this product a day in so I’m hoping I won’t get immune to it as to my previous pre-workout. I recommend buying this product and the flavor.
