A little tricky
Overall, they are great! If you've never tried this before be sure to really examine your lamp in order to figure out the progression of what parts to pull apart and replace. Instructions were ok. Take your time with it. I got it to show my son how to repair lamps and he's hooked. Sturdy, I like the look. Easy assembly!

These are great for my projects
I use these all the time for my lamp creations. Love the long threaded rods included and extra nuts. I especially like the silver stainless color.

Easy Instructions
I made a lamp out of a Talavera pot with this kit and use it in my outside patio. Instructions were easy to follow. Just added a dusk to dawn bulb and now have a lamp.

Only wish this had written instructions on how to wire. Tiny instructions on how to assemble parts- this could be improves as well.

Light repair kit.
The lamp repair kit I ordered was perfect to repair a couple of old lamps. Directions included made it an easy job.

Part was not threaded.
When assembling the lamp, I found that one of the "necks" was not threaded. I had to modify it and glue it. It is now wobbly.
