I'd classify the One Dove lavender as Grade B. Lavender is available in various grades, including A, B, C, Food Grade, Cosmetic, and Organic, and this one fits well into the Grade B category.Packaged in China, the two-pound bag of lavender has a delightful fragrance and a lovely purple hue. In comparison, a friend gave me a small baggie of lavender (see picture), which wasn't purple at all and had a significant amount of stems mixed in.The two-pound bag comes in thick plastic packaging, which fits perfectly inside a 6-liter semi-clear plastic tub—very economical and convenient.Overall, I would recommend this brand.

These are great for supplementing herbs for my chickens. They love the extra treats in the morning with their other treats. Lavender is a great source to keep happy, healthy chickens. Definitely will keep by this lavendar.

The smell would go away after few months when essential oil wears out, it has really strong smell at the beginning and does not smell lavender anymore after few months of use.
