It’s honestly an amazing brand I wish I could keep buying but my dogs has allergies to some food so they can’t eat this plus if they did they are large breeds so they would go through a bag in like two weeks

It has a high ratio of animal products and protein which is important for a puppy's development. Some of the alternatives have lentils, peas and potatoes that some studies now suggest *may cause heart problems in some dogs by interfering with taurine absorption (which is one reason I recommend this over the grain free version). Two different vets also recommended avoiding the grain free dog foods. So far my puppy seems extremely happy, healthy and energetic, after several months of eating this food. She has grown significantly more than most dogs in her breed while still having a lean athletic build. Only problem is it's extremely difficult to tire her out!

Finally a dry kibble that I do not have to beg them to eat. The ingredients are good and the dogs have shiny coats and no digestive problems. I do add yummy real food and veggies on top, salmon oil etc. as my dogs are my kids but they will eat it dry. I have bought several of the flavors and all are appreciated. Latest member of the family is a medium large puppy, this this version to make sure he gets what his growing body needs. The price is scarey ! But the dogs look wonderful so I will keep ordering this brand. And Amazon's service is excellent !

Gave our now 7 month old St. Berdoodle chronic diarrhea for weeks. Had to stop feeding it to her. She did love the taste, size, and texture- it just did not agree with her body. (*She doesn't typically have this problem.)

I had to mix this food with the dogs old food This food straight gave them both diarrhea. I acclimated them to toss food slowly over two weeks and even a month after that it was still messy. Mixed 50/50 with their old food and started getting firm poops in about 3 days . I have seen noticeable good weight gains though so I'm gonna keep using it

My English Mastiff has several allergies and we tried many many different foods. While this is an expensive option for our puppy, it's the only thing that worked. He likes it and his stool and hives are improving.
