Works fine, no leaks. It's our shower since it was installed 9 months ago. The neck height is high, we were lucky the ceiling is high in our bathroom. Also you have to get used to turning the shower on by turning both handles in opposite directions. That's not hard to remember, just a little unusual. I love the pressure, I like strongish and this is not weak at all, unlike some reviewer thought. I wanted the model with the basket but decided not to add it because I thought a bar of soap will slowly melt, getting on the fixtures below. I love that the bathtub spout can swivel out of the way but gives the opportunity to be used as a faucet if needed. A nice design.

We installed the shower fixture in our guest bedrooms which is used seldomly . We notice that the shower head is faulty after about two month after installation the water is coming from the seams for the chair head . We bought several of these but one is fuakty

This product is a piece of junk. The lower faucet portion is heavy (possibly/probably made of metal) but the rest is painted plastic. Do not purchase if you are looking for a high quality product. If you are interested in this product because an influencer told you it’s amazing…run because it’s crap. Looks ok in pictures, but is horrendous in person. If you’re buying for a cheap apartment improvement…you do you. Don’t listen to all the reviews that say it is a “beautiful”, “high quality”, or “durable” product unless you have Home Depot taste. You would honestly get a better product buying from Home Depot.

We love the look of this and it’s pretty sturdy. We also love that it has a foot wash, a rain shower head (our favorite) and a handheld shower head. Our only complaint is the handheld shower head doesn’t sit securely in the holder.

update: the seller reached out to me and offered me a refund, which is great since we’ll have to order a replacement. this was such a pain to install and is still not working properly. manual was of different systems/ faucets so was no help at all. the rubber piece inside the top pipe was so flimsy it broke as soon as we tried attaching them/was possibly broken before. there was a crack in the rubber so it was leaking out the side attached to the wall. leaked on every joint, even after a gasket and teflon was applied. definitely not worth the money.

This item worked great until 2 years in the metal in one of the lines corroded and water sprayed everywhere and almost flooded the bathroom.

So far product quality is great! Metal is heavy. Very pretty. Large shower head. Nice that it comes with extension pole, but I think base height on thos one is smaller than others that are extendable plus you can add a bar. So this one even with the bar comes in shorter than others by a few inches, but we have lower ceilings so this was a plus for us since we are converting a cast iron tub, and you Stand higher in it anyway. If using for conversion like us track down some adapters because our faucet from 1917 is 3 inches apart vs this which comes 🤔 6? I did spent 30 dollars on adapters from another company because I didn't see any in this store. I will update once they come with any issues once fully installed. All is great with this shower. Contacted seller for additional extension pipe and they sent it right away for free and communicated constantly!! Great customer service.

The fixture looks awesome in my white tiled bathroom and works great. The hand shoer head gets a little hot in your hand, but I love the rain shower head on top. And it can be adjusted to peoples hight, a great plus. Love, love,love it - great quality, solid brass.

I am so impressed! 1. The shower fittings arrived within a couple of days. 2. It was packaged so nicely and even came with plumbing tape. 3. The quality is REALLY great. It is real metal. There is no plastic and it is heavy, not cheap in any way. 4. The finish is lovely, it looks and feels antique. The black is rubbed off in places to reveal a copper finish. The handle on the hand held shower part is white and also gives it an antique look. 5. The price was the BEST part! We are putting this in our renovated RV washroom and I LOVE it.

Esta ducha es muy bonita, luce muy bien, yo diria que en cuanto a calidad es media, pero... OJO, si la compras desde México hay que tener en cuenta que tienes que tener una tuberia especial para esta regadera, tambien la distancia de las llaves es diferente por lo que tendrias que comprar adaptadores, otra es que cualquier refaccion es dificil de conseguir, yo apenas tengo tres meses con estas duchas y se convirtieron en un verdadero dolor de cabeza, primero fue que decidi adaptar la tuberia por lo que tuve que romper los azulejos, ya una vez que se instalo me doy cuenta que aunque el agua sale pareja, la presión es poca mientras que el agua de la casa llega con mucha presion motivo por el que la regadera termino goteando de los manerales, de la coneccion de los adaptadores y finalmemte del tubo medio, he intentado, sin exito, arreglar las goteras y ha sido un poner y quitar las regaderas que una de ellas ya tiene el tubo flojo y aunque se quiera apretar continua goteando, ya ha venido un plomero y otro y otro y no se ha podido arreglar, quiza terminare cambiandola por otra
