The 60 capsules completely fill the bottle ... take 2 a day. These are standard sized.43 cents daily.Psyllium husks have been a part of my diet for over a decade ... and these seem to work.Formulated in the USA ... where was it manufactured and where did the ingredients come from?

Work great but need to take more than recommended
You pay a heavy premium for organic psyllium husk in a capsule. While psyllium husk in a bag that requires mixing is magnitudes cheaper, the awful taste requires additional ingredients to make it palatable for most folks. Two of these capsules a day is generally not enough fiber at 1.5g. Start slow and see what you can tolerate. I take 3-4 with every meal now with perfect results. Even at 12 pills a day, it's only 9g of additional fiber. When buying psyllium husk in a bag, most indicate to take a teaspoon and that is equivalent to around 8-10 of these pills.
