It has no MEA or DEA, No Phosphate, No Sulfate, No Parabens. It is safe and effective, and non-irritating. Great formula to use on dogs with skin issues. It replenishes the skin's natural moisture. INGREDIENTS: Water, plant-based surfactants derived from coconut and palm, fragrance, preservative. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. For best results, brush pet's coat to remove excess hair, prior to washing. 2. Wet pet's coat and apply product generously. 3. Work into a lather for a few minutes, then rinse. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Foaming Bath.
