not as sturdy as it appears
It is highly reflective, it appeared sturdy but the handle is just pushed into a plastic piece. My large dog turned his head (didn't bolt after a squirrel) and the handle came out of plastic piece.

Exactly what I wanted
Seems like very sturdy braided nylon ribbon with highly reflective surface. This is exactly what I was looking for! Will use for nighttime walks with my golden retriever.
