Top Tips on how to fit your Swim Goggles; ** Remove the goggles from their protective case by twisting the grey clasp at the top 180' anti-clockwise. ** Remove the protective film from each of the lenses. ** Open the goggle straps using the quick release button at the back of the straps. ** With the lenses in the palms of your hands, press the goggles to your eyes. A seal will be formed and the lenses will suction themselves to your eyes socket. ** Put the straps around your head and close the quick release. ** The goggles are now on and you can test the strap tightness. ** If you wish to adjust the strap tightness use the quick release button to open the straps and remove the goggles. ** Slide the goggles strap tighter or looser using the flexible part of the quick release button. Release the flexible part once you are happy and the strap will stay in position. ** Use the side buckle to hold the excess strap material in place. ** Put on the goggles once again and check for fit, re-adjusting as necessary.
