It is packed with loads of good nutrients. A little big to swallow but I like them.

I love these vitamins and they are priced $18 cheaper here on Amazon than at my local health food store where they came highly recommended. I just finished my first three month supply of these once daily vitamins, and I had to splurge on another bottle. I haven't had a cold since I've been taking them. My energy level seems much higher. They never make me nauseous as Centrum multi's often did, even on an empty stomach. I did my research, and browsed through Amazon to see if I wanted to try the other popular Women's whole food one-a-day vitamin that is in the same price range, made by New Chapter. Anyway, I ended up re-ordering this vitamin because of the numerous complaints the other has about taste and smell. Also size. I would assume they are the same size but I can't say. The size of this vitamin is on the big side but it is basically the normal size of daily multis. I don't find the taste to be too strong or offensive, I'd never even considered it. They smell like vitamins but also not too strong or offensive. I sometimes will taste them when I burp but Only if I haven't eaten anything.I am aware I could be fooled by the placebo affect, but I think these vitamins seem like they are very potent. I believe they have improved my immune system, energy level, and have also made my nails grow long and strong. I think they are well worth 10 bucks a month.

At age 65 it’s a must for us to take supplements as our bodies no longer maintain needed vitamins and minerals! After two weeks of taking daily, I felt more energy and vitality then I had for a while. This IS a quality product and worth every penny to maintain good health!

I believe this will be a good supplement but only been taking for two days and only using half the pill. I do this to see how my very sensitive gut will react. These pills are huge and Very Hard to swallow. It may be “one and only” but my throat is not happy. How about considering making theses half the size?? You could come up with different saying for promotion.My naturopath highly recommended them. So far he has not let me down.Please do NOT source from China. We Americans want to buy US made products so we know they are safe and also to give our people jobs.I am a retired health teacher and a nutrition teacher. I also taught food chemistry. I like that these are Whole Foods and not chemicals. We need to stick as close to nature as possible with our food consumption for good health.

I've been fighting fatigue while getting over a bout of situational depression. Even though my depression is resolved at this point, the fatigue has lingered, making me think maybe I had some sort of deficiency. I decided to try a good multivitamin for extra support for my body. I bought these vitamins because they are so loaded with nutrients. Nothing else I found even compares. And the support for my cycle is a nice added bonus. I'll have to see if it makes a difference.I've only taken them a couple of days, but yesterday was the first day in a long time that I wasn't yawning all day and didn't feel like I had to have a nap mid-afternoon. I'm not sure if maybe I needed the extra bit of iron or if the mega doses of B vitamins have perked me up. Or maybe I've lacked D from actually experiencing real winter for the first time ever. Doesn't matter. Whatever I have lacked, these vitamins have filled in the gaps.I throw up every multivitamin I try, some even with food. I haven't been brave enough to try these without food yet, but I have taken them with breakfast and I haven't even felt the first twinge of queasiness. That's impressive.Yes, they are big. But they easily pop in half, which is how I take them. Yes, they have turned my urine an interesting color, but I don't consider that to be that much of a drawback.Overall, I'm so happy with these. Anything that restores my energy and doesn't make me sick is fantastic as far as I'm concerned.

This is the BEST multivitamin out there, and I'm saying that as a registered dietitian! Love it! I found the pill to be rather large, green and stinky :) No issues once it's inside though! I highly recommend. I found it more expensive than I would normally spend on a multivitamin, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." I've been taking it for several months regularly and have had no negative side effects/issues. I've taken it on an empty stomach and on a full stomach-all with good results. Just to mention there's only 2% calcium (20mg), and only 20mg magnesium (5%), but I guess that's a good thing as there is 9mg iron (50%) and since calcium competes with iron for absorption, you're better off taking your calcium and magnesium in a different supplement staggered throughout the day by at least two hours for maximum absorption.

This was recommended to me by a natural vitamin store as my base multivitamin. They ranout when I went to get a refill. So after looking online here at Amazon I found them to be over $10.00 cheaper from this Vendor. More savings if you set it up as an auto refill too.
