The case itself is great! Definitely worth the price and holds the phone nice and tight.The big issue is the screen protector. It creates tons of bubbles. Would easily give this a 5 star if that wasn't happening. I have cases similar to this on two tablets and they do not bubble at all.*Update*Case is great. Dropped phone a few times from standing up with it on my lap.*PROBLEM*The screen protector is/was trash in my case.Due to the phone having slightly curved edges and the case being straight/flat, it would not sit right on the screen and the bubbles are too much. So...I removed the screen protector. Just pushed right out, the glue wasn't meant to be pushed on so it gave easily.I have not tried the case with a different screen protector yet, but will be and I will update again.Case is great, the screen protector is not.

So far very good. I inadvertently tested the case while trying to slide the new case into the holster...the phone crashed to the hard wooden floor and survived! Turns out it was my old phone holster which looks the same but it's slightly different size. Nice slim design. The back of the case is slicker than back of my LG K20 Plus MetroPCS phone but the grip is okay. Overall, works well with the correct holster and clearly protects the phone with the built-in screen protector. Excellent value and good feel. My old phone was same size but the case was much bigger for only slightly better protection...and cost three times more. This works better. Noticed some reviews mentioned they had issues with bubbles on screen side...I did not experience this issue, but did wipe the phone screen and inside of the case screen down with some lens cleaner on a microfiber cloth before assembling the case.

For the price, a great deal. Fits well. I believe it will do its job-to protect my device. I don't have the screen w set screen problem other reviewers shared.However, I feel like eventually, I may end up getting a screen protector and remove the built in protector. The built in doesn't seem well attached to the frame. It also has a lot of friction. Slows the swipe action. My built in is already scratched. I suppose my fingers need to be perfectly smooth.The holster is a bear to clip and unclip. I hope it'll loosen up with use without becoming useless.Not a fault of the case but a very thin and nice looking phone now looks like a brick and feels twice the weight. That's going to be true with any case that is meant to protect. So, I'm happy so far.

Doesn't provide any sort of protection really. I dropped it once, from the seat of the couch onto the floor and both the case and my screen broke. The kickstand doesn't stick out far enough to be useful.

I thought the case would be slimmer but its good protection. I did take off the "screen protector" like many other reviews said to do it and looks so much better. I added my own screen protector so it looks more natural now. It comes with the stand on the side so you can decide to add it but it takes away from the sound. The headphone and charger slot come with prtection that fits into the slot but are getting loose by use. Overall its a pretty good case minus some small details i can live with.

Just received the case and its pretty good. The case seems durable however I would advise peeling out the built on screen protector. First the screen protector is plastic, second, it makes your screen very, very blurry, and finally it requires more pressure to lower the plastic to the screen which makes the phone seem resistive and not capacitive, other than that prettu good case

My husband is very pleased with this case and he says it is more sturdy than some others he's tried. We would definitely purchase this product again.

It's exactly what I was looking for. LG K20 Plus case is tough and well made. My phone fell onto the floor a couple of times and nothing happen to it.
