I have ordered this shampoo and conditioner before. This time I wanted to use it as a gift, it looks like it was melted, boxes were damaged in which soaps came in.not impressed with it at all

My hair is thin and stick straight. I love this brand in general so I've been buying different bars to try them out over time. This one is the best for my hair. It's thin, straight, non color treated (for the last 7 years) like the others the shampoo runs out for me faster than the conditioner, even with a soap sock, and only during the conditioner on my main hair not my roots, but I still love this product and this brand.

I think this is ok soap for your hair. It dries out my hair and scalp more than I like. I use the companion conditioner bar too. If I didn't use that and styling creme, I'd look like a frizz bomb. I have caucasian male hair that's medium/short and kind of fine. I'm realizing I need something with moisture in the name and for fine hair maybe.The scent is slightly peachy, not overpowering which is nice. It lathers well. When I was young and poor I would wash my hair with a little bit of bar soap, and this reminds me of that. It's not as harsh as say, Dial... but it's still not like salon products designed to leave your hair really soft and shiny. I would say this is like using any cheap shampoo. If you usually use Suave, Sam's, Amazon brand, or whatever, then this might work for you.. but if your hair is the least bit sensitive to drying, then you may need to continue your search.

I've tried a number of different shampoo and conditioner bars and these are my favorites. The shampoo sudses up easily and rinses out well. The conditioner bar detangles my hair and leaves it smooth and easy to manage. Both have a mild citrusy scent. They are great for traveling and for reducing single use plastic waste.

I actually really like these. The fact that every single thing is plastic free makes me feel great about what I'm buying. And if you are not a fan of the bar straight on your hair you can actually reduce them into liquid form by dicing/grating the bar into water for an hour at most. The cool part about this is you can also control how creamy you want your shampoo depending how much water your add. You will lose a lot of the bubbles but my hair still feels great this way. I use a pump shampoo bottle that was originally Native but I've been using it for this.

But I still prefer liquid shampoo/conditioner. Great for travel though…

Let me just say I'm very sceptical about any new products that I try... I'm 72 an lately I'm having a problem with oily,lifeless,thin hair.... I've used this only a few times an my hair has done a complete 360...I love it...it even shines again,from a bar of shampoo... I'll be using forever...Thank you!
