Does the trick!
I added this to give my car a little extra "security" appearance to deter thieves. It's certainly eye catching at night and three AA batteries will last weeks and weeks even if you never turn it off. If you turn it off during the day, they'll last months. Nice bright blue LED with a double flash pattern just like a real car alarm. Super easy to stick the adhesive backing and you're good to go!

Pretty bright through dark window tint.
This light is very bright and can still be seen through dark window tint. Battery life is good and lasts a few months.

dummy alarm.
Worked well. Just used it to deter possible thieves till I was able to get my alarm system installed.

Works well enough. Flexible setup.
Pretty easy to set up, but lots of extra wire to tie up somehow. I just wanted the additional light to indicate car alarm to deter evil doers in the night. The light is bright enough to see clearly from outside my standard tinted windows.

No Brainer...
It's actually pretty good for what it is. I use it when I have to park outside at night in unsecured areas. Any deterrent is SOME deterrent! And the Blue Light makes it look like an aftermarket alarm. I've had it over a year and still with same cheap batteries it came with. I don't use the tape, I just throw the light up on the dash and the power block down by the radio when I use it. The only downside was having to remember to turn it off during the day. Problem solved; they now have a light sensing one. Just ordered it. No Brainer.

Good
Not super bright but not dim. I use it as a reminder next to my supplement container to help me remember to take my supplements because I always forget. For this purpose I wish the blinks were a bit faster as the pause in the blink-blink-pause sequence is a bit too long. Other than that it seems great and if the batteries last a long time then it’ll get my full endorsement. 10/10 would recommend.

Love it
Okay anyway I asked you this question do you have a car? Do you got a sound system or a stereo with subs and amps in your car? Oh you do but you work at Walmart and you just don't make enough money to get an alarm for your car to save thieves and stealing your stuff well I have a solution for you. This fake alarm Works excellent you can get a year and a half out of the batteries that work the light so you can leave it on for a year and a half and they will keep working just don't tell your friends keep it on a low profile don't say nothing to anybody just turn the light on when you go and park your car for the rest of the day and when you're leaving it for the night. Then turn it on and let them think boy I'm not going to touch that car as an alarm on it let them think that and for your best thing you can save up to you get money to buy a real alarm but this will get you by just don't tell no one.
