This is the best guacamole mix I've ever tried. Add the dry seasoning to 2-3 smashed avocados and refrigerate for about 30 minutes if you can control yourself. The ingredients are dehydrated so it can take 30 min to rehydrate. If I'm in a hurry because the meal is done but I forgot to mix the guacamole I add about a tablespoon of water to the mix in a small bowl and stir well until combines and let it set for a few minutes before I add to the mashed avocados. To me it's absolutely amazing and SPICY. If you don't like spicy there is a mild version. My grocery store carries it when they can keep it in stock but it's hit or miss so I purchase it on Amazon. I live in Southern New Hampshire and this is manufactured in Massachusetts. Maybe it isn't sold all over the country but it should be.

This has a really good taste, but it’s not hot at all.

Made this and tried it. I have a high tolerance for heat, but it had none. I wasn't sure so i asked my wife to try it and she agreed, and then my 5 year old daughter tried it. She has NO tolerance for heat and had no problem scarfing this down.
