I use different sleeves for different covers since every cover is a little different. That being, I’ve tried almost everything on Amazon. From a top loading perspective, these are good for tall covers since they’re 12.75” on the open end (12.75” X 12.75”) versus the more common 12.50” (12.50” X 12.75”). The problem is getting a good bad. The first bag I got was fine. But the second was 13.00” instead of 12.75”. It was miss cut and that’s just too big, even for tall covers. You can’t use them for anything. The next bag was dented up badly from being banged around. At least the first 35 out of 100 were. It also had quite a lot of manufacturing marks that were very noticeable. And then, when I got to the second half of the bag, the texture changed entirely and they seemed to have gotten thinner, maybe 2mm instead of 3mm. They also got grainier and extremely cloudy, even though these are cloudy to begin with, which is my preference. They looked like they were from a different manufacturer. I didn’t like them at all. They went back. Then the next bag had been a return and was literally a big mess. Sleeves were haphazardly bent and folded in every direction. Some were just crushed into balls and shoved back into the bag. That return should have gone straight in the garbage but didn’t. It should not have been re-sold as new. That was the worst delivery I’ve ever gotten from Amazon in the last 20 years, for anything. And then the bag after that was kind of ok. I’m using those. I stick with these because I can’t find another one that’s 3mm and 12.75” x 12.75” and slightly cloudy, which is what I like. So, I put up with it. They’re good for what they are, for taller covers. But the hard part is getting a good bag. So, good luck with that .

Disappointed in these. Very difficult to get any gatefold single or double LP into them. They feel much thinner than my other 3 mil sleeves I own. I've begun trading out my single LPs to these so that I can fit my doubles into my older sleeves. Unfortunately these are more expensive than other quality sleeves. I definitely regret buying these instead of waiting for my preferred brand to be in stock.*update*I've been refunded and I truly appreciate the customer service.

The best thing about these covers is they are 12.75", so they are big enough for double albums and gatefold. They aren't too baggy for single albums, though. The plastic is tough but pliable and the thickness is just right.

Box arrived is good shape, contents had been a return in the past, package was opened and missing sleeves. One was ripped and arrived with a green circle on it. Not happy with this batch of sleeves. Missing units as well, should be 100ct. Arrived with 88.

I was looking for something to lo protect my vinyls this is the answer, is not too thin and not too thick, it covers the album just right .

These are fantastic. I haven’t found one thing negative about them. Every jacket I’ve put them in fit perfectly. Even double 180 gram gatefolds.

These are my favorite album outer sleeves. But shipping is terrible. Always in a box way to large, so they shift around and fold up. Do not like creases in my sleeves. These should be shipped in album sized boxes to eliminate such damage.

Exactly what I was looking for, I will buy again .

We have just started putting the records in the sleeves and already so many have ripped ( pick of all the ones that have ripped so far.) I went with these thinking they were a little more expensive then the the other ones I saw for $18 thinking they would be the better option but know I wish I just got the chipper ones.

Every single sleeve that I tried had a torn seam somewhere on the three sides which should be sealed before I even tried putting an album in them. Absolutely no durability at all and not even worth a single star. Unfortunately I bought the 100 pack so I am out even more. They are headed to the garbage and I will find a physical store where I can see the quality first. Don't waste your money on these pieces of junk.

I'm giving these full marks. The price was great ($27 = tax). Made in Canada. 100 count was on the mark and they are exactly as described. I'm quite pleased with now having my collection more hands on as the confidence instilled by these protective slip cases breathes tactile accessibility into my modest library. Not to mention, it's great to peel off the lousy looking shrink wrap that came on the records. I should have purchased these sooner.

These are the best ones you can get from Amazon. I think there are quite a few that are more $$ and definitely I have seen others that are described as thicker, or larger for gatefolds or whatever. In my opinion, these are your best bet. They could stand to be a little less expensive,e but other than that they never disappoint. I buy them all the time.

I read through quite a number of reviews before I purchased. It seemed like there were a large number of negative comments. But I bought anyways.My experience has been positive.It is true that these outer sleeves are not 12 3/4" x 12 3/4". Or at least for the one-hundred I received in October 2020. I just measured today (12/22) and they are 12 5/8" x 12 5/8". But, for the most part that hasn't be a problem.I've used them on singles, gatefold, and even double LPs. They do not fit as well being slightly smaller (at 12 5/8") on the "thicker" albums, but they have been usable. It would be better if they were 12 3/4" x 12 3/4".The ones that I've used haven't ripped at any of the seams.They are not "clear". But I didn't expect them to be since they are advertised as 3-mil PE. All the outer sleeves I've purchased in the past (Vinyl Styl on Amazon or from another Canadian third-party vendor) that were 3-mil PE were not "clear."The price was attractive; Vinyl Styl pricing in the past was better and I really liked the product, But they don't seem to be available from amazon.ca anymore. I can get outer sleeves from the third-party vendor, at less cost, and in the right "size" and really like them. But he charges for shipping and that pushes the cost per sleeve higher than I like.So, overall, I've been pleased with these outer sleeves. I plan to purchase a bunch more soon.
