So far, so good
Bought this and a 72"x40" allen and roth butcher block. The site I bought the block from said it was 100 lbs but feels a lot heavier. My worry was that the weight would be a problem on these legs.I've had everything built for a few weeks now and these legs are fantastic so far. The lifting isn't that loud, the memory functions are easy and work, and the legs were very easy to put together. It cost me ~$700 for a desk at a size I couldn't find for less than thousands. If you are looking to get a very big standing/adjustable desk, these legs are the real deal. Only thing I have to worry about now is longevity. I hope these legs last a very long time and will come back if they don't (and I can find this review).

Outstanding Product
I needed a lift table but absolutely hated the desktops they all came with. The depth was never much more than 24-28”. This adjustable legs assembly allowed me to pick a custom top that’s 36” wide and 72” long. The dual motors have no problem lifting the larger 50lb top.Assembly was very easy. However it is very heavy as it is made with thick steel for the legs and footings. Once together, the table top fit perfectly. The attachment screws for the top is included as well. The speed of the motors is average speed with less than 35 seconds to go from the highest to lowest positions. The motors are quiet and smooth. The controller has a 1 second delay on the up/down buttons which is nice - you can’t accidentally touch the button and move the position. Three memory settings. The controller also includes a USB A and C port on the side for charging your devices. Love that!Quality build. Good features. Outstanding price for $170 during an Amazon Flash sale.

Just the legs, no top, packed nicely, exactly what I wanted !
Love this. I was just reminded by a bot to leave a review, but I've been using mine for a couple years now. I wanted a fancy moving desk but they're expensive to by already made with dumb features. I did want the usb thing which works fine, charge a phone with it. I had a slab of bare wood already, cut it to this size and slapped it on. works like a charm, it's never failed (knock on wood). You have 3 presets and normal up and down arrows. I set one for 'full sitting' one for "fully standing" and one for "sitting a bit higher, good posture." it's all I've ever needed. It's pretty heavy as I expected so you wouldn't move it around a lot but... it moves up and down so, there's motors in it, big deal. It's not very loud, kind of a quiet hum (only when it moves, silent otherwise).

Not Everything I Was Expecting, But Still Quite Good
The only reason I selected the Fromann brand over other, slightly less expensive models was because of a design difference I noted in several photos I found online that my research showed would make the desktop more sturdy when mounted to the frame. It seems that either the photos I found online were inaccurate or Fromann changed their design (something I've heard that various standing desk frame manufacturers are doing to save a few bucks).I'll preface this review by saying that I did in-depth research on all sorts of desk, mostly standing, for months before making up my mind. I looked at everything from $150 desk frames with a single motor to several thousand dollar complete standing desks with thick wood tops. Many other online reviews from various websites claimed that the 'less expensive' frame like this one would be slow, noisy, would not lift much weight, and would not function as well overall as $600+ frame and/or complete desk from brands like Uplift. I'd glad I did not spend the ~$900 I would have otherwise on an Uplift. I would have been disappointed in spending that much I think. I saved a few hundred on a desk top by going to Home Depot and buying an unfinished butcher block (72"x25" or so) and staining it myself. That was certainly a learning experience, and surely took longer than buying a completed and finished desk top (several days longer). But the savings was worth it to me. My completed desk was under $500 after tax, saving me over $400.The setup wasn't terribly difficult. The instructions are pretty much wordless and could use some clarification with which screws to use where. But there are so many spares that you can afford to use the wrong screws and get away with it.The frame is fairly heavy. I assembled the frame and desk by myself, which involved heavy lifting. The frame and my specific desk top together easily weighted over 100lb.The speed at which the desk translated up/down is much faster than I expected. I'm 6' tall, so my standing desk height is around 42", and sitting height is about 28". The frame will lerp between the two heights in about 6-7 seconds, much speedier than other options I've seen around. And with a soft hum that's not annoying or loud at all. What I was most concerned about was how sturdy the desk frame would be, how much back to front or side to side motion it would have. You can find quite a few good test for this on youtube. I'm very pleased with how sturdy this frame is. virtually no side to side rocking with minimal front to back movement, even at my normal standing height. Of course, there is a smidge, which does rattle my three mounted monitors somewhat, but not so much that I'm taken aback or bothered by it. This is even on my carpet flooring, which does nothing to help frame stability.Overall, if you have the patience and time to purchase a desk top separately from the frame and assemble it yourself, this will save you a fair amount of money and get you a sturdy and fairly high quality desk, honestly much higher quality than I was expecting for the price tag. Worth the money, no regrets in my purchase.

A heavy duty frame
I’ve used a high-end standing desk with a motorized frame for 10 years. When I decided to add a table in my workshop, I wanted the same height adjustable capability because I’ll be doing some work standing and other work sitting. I looked at several standing desk frames before settling on this one. I liked the higher weight capacity and the dual motors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this desk frame. It’s heavier duty and better engineered than my other frame. The motors are quieter and the motion smoother. There are some thoughtful touches such as the built-in USB-A and USB-C ports. I appreciated the attention to detail such as the rubber grommets for the screws that attach the frame to the desk top. This is definitely a heavy duty frame that might be overkill for regular office use, unless you have multiple monitors and need a stand that doesn’t wobble. One feature it’s missing are locking wheels; It only has plastic feet. If you want a desk you can move around easily, this might not be the best option. It would be nice if the manufacturer offered a wheel kit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and design of this product.
