This is a ceramic cup, it was mailed in a soft brown bag with a thin layer of bubble wrap and of course was chipped when I opened it! Such a disappointment I had to wait for it for over a week. Who packages these things?

I love my Snoopy mug. Top quality. Very sturdy. Holds a 10 oz cup of coffee with room to add creamer. 12 oz if not.

The mug is well executed, the graphic is very nice and is on two sides of the mug. The glazing is top quality. I originally purchased it for coffee, however, because of the very wide diameter of the mug, the coffee cools too quickly. It's more suited for soups, stews and other mug worthy foods. Highly recommended.
