I have a valuable story for you all.I just happened to order this for the first time a couple months ago. I thought it would help my acne (which it has, dramatically so) but during the week while I was waiting for it to arrive, on the 4th of July, I ate something (still don't know what, but I will never, ever eat pickles, peanut butter, fish, or barbecue for as long as I live now) and came down with the absolute worst case of food poisoning I have ever had about six hours after eating. I thought I was going to die-- fever, chills, convulsions, delusions, voices, projectile vomiting-- the worst your body can do to you, for hours on end. My husband said it was like possession.I'm stubborn, and didn't go to the hospital because if I can't defeat something on my own, what good am I?Anyway, I had my husband look online for me about natural food poisoning treatments, as I was too weak to move, much less look at a computer. He tells me "Oregano oil, we need to get some!"That's when I had this brief wave of warm comfort come over me, because I knew it was going to be in the mailbox in the morning.I took four daily, and when I could eat again, I ate only Greek yogurt after taking one.I got better so, SO much faster, the pains in my stomach began to diminish and the churning stopped almost immediately. Keep this stuff in your medicine cabinet, it could save someone's life. I've used this product for years to help with my gut health. It really does help.It's little and easy to swallow.

My hubby recently developed IBM; after antibiotics ,his doctor recommended this product. He just taking a week; he did not notice the difference yet. I would wait when he finished white bottle to do a full review.

Since I am doing a self cure with this supplement, I don't have a scientific type of conclusion that I can spout here. Suffice it to say that I believe it is working because symptoms I had are decreasing. If you are taking for a stomach trouble, be aware that one or two times of taking isn't going to do ti. I am on my third bottle. The first was a different brand I don't believe it was working. I feel that this Swanson's brand is working, but now I am being told by Amazon's notices that this exact product isn't available, so I'll be on the hunt again, perhaps try the manufacturer's site. I have a place in my gut that has been painful for a while. My research shows that it may be a certain ailment and so I am using this supplement to fight it. It seems to make my gut feel better and that one area is nearly pain free. One hint: this ailment is worse when hungry. It's scratchy and usually on the left side of the gut, mid section. I feel better when I take one of these with breakfast. It gives a back burp that tastes like Italian food... It has become better over time and I can now tolerate taking second one with lunch or dinner... so, two per day I can do, but don't recommend more. To Your Health!
